Produits vétérinaires et antibiorésistance – ouverture du module 7 e-CERISE
Les produits vétérinaires et l’antibiorésistance sont au cœur du module 7 de la formation e-CERISE (Online- Continuing Education for Veterinary Services) qui a ouvert lundi 14 juin pour 3 semaines. L’enseignement sera assuré par Caroline Prouillac, professeur en Pharmacie &Toxicologie à Vetagro Sup et par Jean Pierre Orand, Directeur de l’ANMV (Agence nationale du médicament vétérinaire). Ce module permettra aux participants, sur la base des normes et recommandations de l’OIE, de comprendre l’intérêt d’un cadre réglementaire fixant les règles de mise sur le marché de ces produits, de leur distribution, prescription et utilisation. L’approche permettant de fixer les temps d’attente pour les animaux destinés à la consommation et les risques liés aux mésusage des antimicrobiens sera également détaillée tout comme la conception des plans d’encadrement de leur usage.
Veterinary products and antibiotic resistance – e-CERISE Module 7 opens
Veterinary products and antimicrobial resistance are at the heart of module 7 of the e-CERISE (Online- Continuing Education for Veterinary Services) training course, which has opened monday June 14th for 3 weeks. Teaching will be provided by Caroline Prouillac, Professor of Pharmacy & Toxicology at Vetagro Sup and by Jean Pierre Orand, Director of the ANMV (National Agency for Veterinary Medicines). This module will enable participants, based on OIE standards and recommendations, to understand the value of a regulatory framework setting out the rules for the marketing of these products, their distribution, prescription and use. The approach to setting withdrawal periods for food animals and the risks associated with antimicrobial misuse will also be detailed, as will the design of antimicrobial use management plans.
