During one week, selected participants to the first ENSV spring course on Fish product inspection will spend 2 days in ENSV (Lyon, Marcy l’Etoile) for class-room seminar and 3 days in Montpellier (Mediterranean coast) for different study visits (French Local Veterinary Services, diagnostic laboratory, landing points, fish Market, shellfish farm, crustaceans processing plant, etc.)
At the end of the course, participants from Algeria, Argentina, Lebanon, Nigeria, Tunisia, Turkey and Vietnam will be familiar with the European Union Member States’ Official Services for the approval and registration of fisheries and aquaculture establishments. Designed for veterinary officers and management staff, this English-speaking training is actively involved in promoting international good veterinary governance in the areas of veterinary public health and in line with OIE standards and recommendations.
